Howard Tenens has gained a variation to the existing planning consent for 240,000 square feet of warehousing space at its Sharpness depot in Gloucestershire, so it can now market the site in three tranches.
The firm can now offer a build to suit basis for the site, on which two additional smaller consents have been granted for 22,000 and 15,000 square feet respectively.
The site already has 445,000 sq ft of warehousing space and this increases the capacity of the site at Severn Distribution Park to 720,000 sq ft.
Howard Tenens’ Sharpness facility is a 24 hour operation with manned security and is also a bonded HMRC compliant site which can service bulk, racked and temperature controlled operations.
