Jacuzzi UK has brought its 142,000 sq ft Birstall 140 warehouse in Batley, West Yorkshire back to the market through letting agent GVA.
Iain McPhail, of GVA, said: “The property is due to become vacant in early summer this year and we have already received some promising early interest from a number of occupiers.
“The property is very flexible as it has the capacity to accommodate both warehousing as well as more general industrial uses.”
GVA is quoting £3.50 per sq ft
