Bito has released a Compact Storage Module for small parts with drawers that can pull out completely, allowing maximum access with a load capacity of 150 kg.
The 1550mm tall module is 1206mm deep and 900mm wide, which allows three units to fit into a typical 2.7 m wide bay of racking. The standard unit is fitted with 5 drawers and an anti-tilt device.
Drawers have been designed to house dividers and BITO’s range of containers.
“Manufacturing trends such as JIT and Kanban, along with the phenomenal growth of online retail, where products are picked in singles, means the demand for innovative small parts storage solutions is on the rise,” said BITO managing director, Edward Hutchison.
