CWC Group has selected DTZ and Fisher Hargreaves Proctor as joint agents on its ‘Kingpin’ scheme (formerly known as Gateway 28) in Nottinghamshire.
The 13 care site in Sutton in Ashfield can accommodate a single cross docked warehouse/industrial unit of 275,000 sq ft and is located a short distance from Kirkby and Mansfield with strong road links to Junction 28 of the M1 and direct access from Oddicroft Lane.
Helen Longstaffe of DTZ said: “The well documented shortage of prime industrial stock in the East Midlands means that the land available at Gateway 28 will be well placed to meet occupier demand.”
