IAG Cargo has launched an integrated website to provide a single point of contact for both Iberia Cargo and British Airways World Cargo customers, displaying information on its entire network.
“We plan to develop the site further and make online bookings available to all our customers in the near future. Over a quarter of IAG Cargo bookings are currently made online and customers are increasingly looking for easier ways to interact with us. Our online presence is a key part of our strategy,” said Angel Luis Cabeza Rivas, IAG Cargo Senior vice president of ebusiness & platform.
IAG Cargo launched an iPhone and Android phone app in February.
