Ideal Stelrad is moving all of its UK Electronic Data Interchange processes to Wesupply’s OneTime fully managed EDI service.
The move will allow Ideal Stelrad to exchange transactions in real time with all trading partners in any EDI message, file and transmission formats.
OneTime ensures that critical order information is passed securely and accurately between suppliers and customers. This should increase visibility of its supply chain, open supplier relationships and make it easier to adapt to customer information rules without increasing costs.
Ideal Stelrad first engaged with Wesupply’s service two years ago for its current EDI transactions, covering 90% of all its sales order transactions. It is now actively seeking to extend this across its supply-side partners, including suppliers such as Tata Steel.
