Arla Dairies has secured planning for a 235,364 sq ft warehouse facility at Goodman’s Hatfield Business Park in Hertfordshire. The depot is expected to create around 350 jobs and will be operational by the second quarter of 2013.
There will be two buildings; a 224,023 sq ft temperature controlled warehouse, 15m high to eaves with offices fronting on to Mosquito Way. The second building will be 8m high to eaves and used for vehicle maintenance.
