Vail Williams is marketing one of the few 50,000 sq ft plus sheds in the South Coast at Stoke Park in Eastleigh.
The 84,000 sq ft building was built in 2006 and is back on the market as its former tenant has gone into administration. The building, owned by F&C REIT, is fully racked and boasts 10m eaves with four dock and four level access doors. It can be let as a whole or split. Joint letting agents Vail Williams and Lambert Smith Hampton are quoting £7 per sq ft leasehold.
Philip Holmes of Vail Williams said: “The availability of new good quality deliverable stock has suffered considerably mainly due to the lack of deliverable sites and lack of buildings coming to the market; a legacy of underinvestment in the last few years and because there isn’t much development land along the M27.”
