Océ has chosen Yusen to provide a range of services including final mile transport, warehousing and dust-off activities for copying-machines and large format printers to customers in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The company is currently in the process of integrating with Canon on a global basis and Océ Belgium is targeting operational synergies by combining logistics operations at Yusen.
The Océ products will be handled and stored at the Yusen warehouse and cross-dock operation at Herentals. Yusen Logistics will be delivering five to ten loads a day with Océ’s and Canon’s product ranges in addition to other final mile customers to end-users. Specially trained driver and co-driver teams will be delivering and installing the machines on a ‘turn-key’ basis.
