Jamie Oliver’s home-ware brand Jamie at Home has taken on Logistex to fit out its Eastleigh distribution centre with a warehouse management system from LWS Reflex software.
The system will manage the bonded warehouse operation, and all manual work currently taken out at the site.
The daily work plan can be immediately released to mobile terminals, a task which formerly took most of the morning to collate.
The brand is sold via self-employed agents who place orders from their customers on line using the Jamie at Home website. Orders are bulk-picked and dispatched to the agent.
Kim Claxton from Jamie at Home said: “[Logistex’s] package provided the features we needed at a competitive price and means we won’t need to look for any new software for years to come.”
