Yearsley has agreed to buy a 200,000 sq ft automated cold store facility at the Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill.
The facility has some 42,000 pallet spaces and will supplement its depots at Holmewood and Belle Eau Park which are full.
Harry Yearsley, managing director, said: “We are actively looking to grow our business and we have been looking for an opportunity in the Midlands which would give us greater storage capacity and support the strategic aims of growing our food sales division and servicing a larger retail customer base.
