Davis Haulage has taken Highcross’ recently refurbished 213,000 sq ft warehouse, Crewe 213 at Crewe Gates Industrial Estate on a 10 year lease.
The company will use the facility to accommodate growth from customers such as Primebake, Tesco and Morrisons.
The facility boasts 12 dock level loading doors, an eaves height of 8m, and loading canopies and sits on a self-contained site of 9.2 acres.
