Ensign, which provides wireless network and mobile computing technology systems, has awarded a field service contract to ByBox.
Ensign offers a range of devices for data collection, portable printing, voice picking systems and RFID applications. Its customer base, includes the NHS, retail, warehousing, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, government and local authorities.
Many of Ensign’s customers in government, NHS and business sectors operate systems where it is critical there is as little downtime as possible. So it is essential that faulty equipment is replaced or repaired quickly.
The ByBox Tech Courier service provides technical swap out, fix or collection of machines and components.
