A 70,000 sq ft warehouse at Gateway 28 in Sutton-in-Ashfield sold for £2.9 million equating to £41.42 per sq ft.
The property, which comprises 67,180 sq ft of modern warehousing space and 4,471 sq ft of offices was bought by Nottingham-based Cooper MEDC.
The company designs and manufactures alarm, signal, control and notification equipment.
CBRE advised the seller Quinn Group while Innes England acted for the purchaser.
