Radiator distribution company Kartell UK, has taken 90,000 sq ft warehouse at Bluemantle’s 350,000 sq ft Greenbank Business Park in Hindley Green near Wigan.
This is the company’s first North West centre and has been acquired to help with expansion. The second hand facility which was the former headquarters of Ingersoll Rand has 9m eaves, and benefitted from heating, lighting and was fully racked and sprinklered.
It has 6 dock and 1 level access door. It was let on a ten year lease. Rent levels for similar properties in the area range from as little as 99p per sq ft to £3.95 per sq ft. Miller Metcalfe, Littler & Associates and Savills advised Bluemantle.
