MenKind, the multi-channel retailer specialising in giftware for men, has chosen Torque to handle its logistics.
MenKind sells toys, gadgets, tools, novelty items and men’s accessories from two on-line sites and 26 permanent shops. At Christmas it operates another 25-30 sites and one of the challenges was to find a logistics provider that could handle the seasonal variations.

Torque has consolidated and centralised MenKind’s stock holding and operations. It has developed an automated system which allows the simultaneous picking and despatch of replenishment orders for stores and home shopping e-commerce orders from the same centralised stock.
