DB Schenker Logistics now sends European land transport consignments to Russia via Berlin, Krakow, Riga and Helsinki.
The new gateways allow additional transports to St Petersburg and Moscow to be carried out.
“The new structure is part of our sales campaign which emphasises our special focus on Russia, the CIS states and the Baltic states,” said Karl Nutzinger, member of the board of management of Schenker AG responsible for land transport at DB Schenker.
