CLX Logistics, parent company of ChemLogix, has acquired LHC Consulting, a Dutch consultancy offering supply chain management and logistics services to multiple industries throughout Europe.
Steve Hamilton, CEO and president of ChemLogix, said: “Through the acquisition of LHC Consulting, we can provide both transport management system technology and consultancy services such as logistics strategy development, benchmarking, carbon footprinting and network optimisation throughout Europe on an accelerated pace.
