Intermec has launched two rugged mobile computers designed for warehouse and retail environments.
The firm reckons the CK3X and the CK3R devices offer industry-leading battery life, enhanced barcode scanning, device health monitoring and broad compliance for emerging industry standards such as HTML5.
They also feature the “CloneNGo” option which allows the settings from one device to be copied to all devices in an operation.
The more rugged CK3X scans 1D and 2D bar codes and supports omni-directional scanning with high motion tolerance. It can withstand multiple five-foot drops to concrete across all operating temperatures.
