By wpengineDAF LF distribution trucks are now being assembled in Taiwan.
FASC, responsible for the marketing and sales of DAF trucks in Taiwan, assembles two versions of the distribution truck: the 12 ton LF45 and the 17 ton LF55.
The trucks are assembled in Taiwan by using semi-knocked-down (SKD) packages which are shipped from Leyland to Taipei.
FASC already assembles the DAF CF85 series.
