Toy retailer The Entertainer has chosen City Link to handle the majority of its tracked parcels.
The carrier has handled next day services for The Entertainer for eight years, but the volume will quadruple as a result of additional services in the new contract.

Duncan Grant, director of multi-channel at The Entertainer, said: “As we cater for very young children we rely heavily on our carriers to provide a first-class service and we have built up a huge amount of trust in City Link.”
Before the new deal, The Entertainer’s 48-hour deliveries were handled by a separate distribution company.
Tim Brown, sales and marketing director at City Link, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed the sole carrier for The Entertainer, especially as our tender focused purely on the service we were already providing.
