Total Sweet, the supplier of Xylitol sugar substitute, has awarded a contract to Culina to manage distribution of products to Waitrose, Sainsbury, Holland & Barrett as well as pharmacies and specialist health food retailers.
Palletised product received from Total Sweet will be distributed to retailers through the Culina warehouse in Leighton Buzzard using a shared user model across network of ten sites.
Daniel Reeds, managing director at Total Sweet, said: “We wanted to work with a company that could offer flexibility and attention to detail, and Culina listened to us and what we needed. For example, they were able to offer us greater flexibility in case picking costs than our previous service provider so that there was no flat rate fee.”
