ProLogis revised plans for a distribution warehouse in Buntingford have met with local approval.
The scheme which could employ up to 600 people is now slightly smaller than originally proposed and no longer includes a multi-storey car park. The building has been reduced by 39,902 sq ft to 456,110 sq ft while the site’s offices were relocated to create distance between the building and its neighbours.
The developer submitted revised proposals for the former Sainsbury’s distribution centre off of London Road to East Herts Council in December.
