Conygar Investment Company has submitted plans for a truck stop and logistics depot at its 120 acre Parc Cybyi scheme in Holyhead, Anglesey.
The company has already secured full planning for the scheme which includes a 30,000 sq ft Gateway Office scheme, and 109,000 sq ft of high quality logistics/ industrial units. The development benefits from a direct connection to the A55 via Junction 2.
Chief executive Robert Ware said: “Holyhead is the second busiest ro-ro [roll on, roll off] port in the UK yet has always lacked the support services to the logistics industry which are available at other competing ports.
“This development will also complement our proposed warehousing and distribution facilities which we are now actively marketing,” he said.
Letting agents for the scheme are Legat Owen and Richard Baddeley & Co.
