Palletways Fulfilment has invested in a new fleet of forklifts for its warehouse at Lichfield.
The company, which has just completed its first year of operation chose Translift-Bendi trucks for the site which has 100,000 sq ft of storage space.
Garry Curtis, general manager at Palletways Fulfilment, said: “The new trucks are electric powered and are charged by ‘High Frequency Intelligent’ chargers, which makes them more environmentally friendly. They are also more efficient as they operate in reduced working space without giving up lifting capacity.”
Palletways Fulfilment provides a range of services including order processing, pick and pack services, re-work and delivery services. Customers include: Beauchamp Foods, Albaad UK and most recently DHL/JCB and Weedons PSC.
