DHL Express has renewed its residential service contract with Crisplant for its Dublin operation.
The three year contract covers the management and implementation of all maintenance and repair activities for the hub tilt-tray sortation system, which was installed by Crisplant in 2007.
The system which has a capacity of 6,400 items per hour. Besides from the daily operation, Crisplant’s residential service covers preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as well as contingency plans, analysis and system optimisation and spare parts management.
