Dachser has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in the joint venture Dachser Netherlands Air & Sea Logistics which was established as a joint venture with Dutch firm Seacon Logistics in 2008.
Since operations began, Dachser Netherlands Air & Sea Logistics has posted steady growth rates. It has three locations in Maastricht, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
“We will continue to accelerate growth in the Benelux countries in future and further expand our air and sea freight business in the region,” says managing director Thomas Reuter.
“In Dachser Netherlands Air & Sea Logistics our customers have a strong services provider with a proven track record and direct access to our full-coverage European overland network.”
