Potter Logistics has appointed Jim Graham general manager of its Selby distribution centre.
Graham has over 30 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry and has held senior roles for TDG and Norbert Dentressangle.
The 62 acre rail freight and warehousing centre has block stacking for bulk storage, secure external compounds and purpose designed food grade warehouses. Daily rail services bring freight from across the UK and mainland Europe for storage or distribution by road.
* To manage increasing business at its Selby rail freight terminal, the firm has bought a high specification Linde reachstacker, equipped with a EURO 4i (Tier 3b) engine and the latest level of off-highway, emission compliant power units.
