Developer Prologis is putting together proposals for a £150m warehouse scheme in Wellingborough.
The 161 acre site at Appleby Lodge farm is located east of the Park Farm Industrial Estate and could accommodate up to 2.5 million sq ft and create 2,500 jobs.
Prologis is expected to put forward outline plans to Wellingborough Council, following a public consultation of the proposals set for the end of February.
The scheme will include a variety of warehouse and employment units in a range of sizes up to 760,000 sq ft with a minimum BREEAM Very Good rating. There will be substantial landscaping.
