Peel has let a 32,000 sq ft unit at Michigan Park, MediaCityUK on a 15-year lease to data centre operator DataCentred, following the early surrender of an existing lease with Japanese electronics giant Fujitsu Services.
Colliers International acted on behalf of Peel and Fujitsu while Canning O’Neill Media acted for DataCentred.
DataCentred is a new company providing data centre, computing and cloud computing services to public and private sector organisations.
