Yodel has extended its relationship with Apprentice Supermarket.
After the successful trial of their joint 2012 telemarketing project Yodel has committed to extending the working relationship into 2013.
The project provided young apprentices with work experience, boosting their CVs and complementing their NVQs in logistics.
It also helped Yodel to secure new client contracts, adding another 400,000 parcels to the company’s annual volumes.
Peter Fisher, chief commercial officer, Yodel, said: “Engaging with Apprentice Supermarket has supported the communities in which we operate by providing training opportunities for young apprentices, giving them the experience they need to get a firm foothold on the career ladder.”
