Kuehne + Nagel has snapped up a 200,000 sq ft warehouse at St Modwen’s Hilton Business Park in Derbyshire.
It has secured the unit on a three year lease and will be using the facility to service a contract with DIY retailer B&Q.
This deal means that just two units of 50,000 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft now remain at the 79 acre park, which is strategically located less than a mile from the A50 and three miles west of the junction with the A38 at Burnaston. A further eight acres of storage land is also available, which benefits from a manned gatehouse and 24-hour security. In addition, St. Modwen is also willing to construct new industrial/ warehouse premises to suit occupiers’ needs on a design and build basis from 25,000 sq ft up to 450,000 sq ft.
