TGW has appointed Paul Tovey projects director to head the project management team and be responsible for planning and delivering automated warehouse projects.
Tovey joins the company from 22 years of management and automation experience within the logistics sector.
For the past three years, he has been running his own consultancy business, prior to which he was European director of logistics for Kimberly-Clark Europe. During the past 17 months, he has also been an integral part of the TGW delivery team.
Andy Smith, TGW’s managing director, said: “As the size and number of the projects we work on has increased significantly over the last few years, we decided to increase the management resources and strengthen our team in this area.”
