Global Brands, the drinks brand business, has purchased the Access Delta warehouse management system to run its 76,500 square foot Burton on Trent warehouse operation.
The company markets and distributes a collection of beverages including: ‘VK’, beers, soft drinks and spirits. In the UK, customers include breweries and wholesalers as well as major retailers such as Morrisons, Tesco and Asda.
Financial director Shaun Bacon said: “Access Delta’s WMS will give us more robust information on the productivity of our warehouse operation than our current system, and better insight into our business efficiency. It will also enable us to optimise our rolling inventory checking. This is a highly flexible warehouse management system that will support the ongoing expansion and diversification of our business.”
