Software developer Ideal Business Services has teamed up with its customer IBL Cold Stores to work on upgrading its WACOS warehouse management system.
WACOS WMS is said to enable IBL to deliver a rapid flow of information, accurate stock control, full product traceability, better warehouse space utilisation and better communication with customers.
Now, the software upgrade is aiming to give IBL an improved overall warehouse management software solution.
Upgrades include improved warehouse mapping for greater space maximisation, better management reporting tools and functionality and improved online functionality.
Ian Desmonde, IBL’s director, said: “The latest upgrade to the IBL WMS has been achieved seamlessly and ensures that IBL are able to deliver on accuracy, transparency and traceability through its IT services.”
