Keswick Enterprises has taken a 50 per cent stake in Graphene Partners of Poland, hoping to transform the practice into a pan-European joint venture.
Warsaw-based Graphene focuses on providing supply chain advisory services and was set up in 2009 by managing partner Adam Chazanow.
Chazanow will now be joined in his role by John Harvey CBE, chairman of The Keswick Enterprises Group, to work on the two companies’ selected projects throughout the UK and Central and Eastern Europe.
John Harvey said: “We plan to bring a new perspective to Graphene Partners’ business ¬ helping to extend their customer base throughout Europe and beyond, while maintaining the practice’s specialist focus on supply chain advisory support.”
