Diamond Foods, the US group that makes Kettle Chips, has chosen the Transplace SaaS transport management system to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.
It plans to use the system to optimise its transport network, view shipments in real-time, reduce transport costs and support long-term business goals.
Jeff Stites, vice president supply chain & logistics at Diamond Foods, said: “With the Transplace SaaS solution, we now have optimal technology to support real-time visibility, planning, procurement and execution management across our portfolio of brands.
