Conveyor Systems has launched its new energy efficient 24V non-contact accumulation conveyor, the Zero Line Pressure.
The ZLP has been designed to work with regular shaped products but is said to be ideally suited to provide smooth transfer of fragile, irregular shaped or high value goods.
Specific zones of the system only run when containers are present on the line, which helps to reduce energy consumption and noise, as well as wear and tear.
The conveyors are manufactured with either extruded low profile aluminium side frames or from mild steel construction.
