Claudio Zanframundo has been appointed as Iveco UK’s new managing director, succeeding Luca Sra, who is relocating back to Iveco worldwide headquarters in Turin, Italy, to take on responsibility for the company’s activities in the Middle East and Africa.
Zanframundo, who has worked within the Fiat Group for more than 12 years, has previously held positions at Case New Holland, Fiat Auto, Iveco, Iveco Capital and, most recently, worked as general manager for joint venture Iveco Acentro S.p.a.
“The UK is one of the most important European markets for Iveco and it is a great privilege to be taking on this role at such an important time, he said.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with our dealer network to maximise all opportunities in the coming months, and to focus on further enhancing the service we offer to customers.”
He will now be based at the company’s UK headquarters in Watford, Hertfordshire.
