IAG Cargo has launched an e-booking service, enabling all of its customers to book services via the iagcargo.com web portal for the first time.
The service aims to provide customers with faster confirmation of bookings and 24/7 availability. It currently includes IAG’s Prioritise, Perform and Constant Fresh services, but is set to extend to additional services later in the year.
Steve Gunning, managing director, said: “Regardless of whether their cargo will be serviced from the Heathrow or Madrid hub teams, this is a major step forward in realising our vision of a single commercial platform for all our customers, along with delivering world class distribution channels that make it easier for our customers to do business with us.”
