CollectPlus is offering a two working day delivery Standard service, increasing the limit on parcel sizes, and introducing a reward scheme.
It is also re-naming its three to five day delivery as an Economy option although in line with increased operating costs, the firm is increasing the price of the basic service.
The new Volume Reward scheme offers customers buying 50 parcel labels or more per month from its website a discount of up to 10 per cent on the price of all labels purchased the following month.
CollectPlus is also increasing its sizing limit to 60cm x 50cm x 50cm which it reckons is 15 per cent greater cubic volume than offered on Royal Mail’s medium parcel service.
The firm operates from a network of over 5,250 outlets that are open outside of traditional working hours. It also offers a returns service for retailers and a delivery to store option called Click&CollectPlus.
