Developer Goodman has been granted detailed planning consent for a single 1.225 million sq ft warehouse or distribution unit at its 115 acre Kingsnorth Commercial Park in Medway, Kent Overall the park has outline consent for up to 2 million sq ft.
The 1.225 million sq ft unit would occupy a 62 acre plot. The scheme is located 17 miles from the M25, close to Junction 1 of the M2 motorway.
Goodman is now marketing the industrial and logistics park and will develop it on a pre-let or pre-sale basis to bespoke customer requirements, or land sale basis.
CBRE, Colliers International and Caxtons Commercial Agency are agents on the scheme.
