Allport Cargo Services has transferred the ownership of its Specialist Services division to Bishopsgate Specialist Installations.
Danny Clayton Allport’s joint group managing director, said: “I am confident that this agreement is in the best interests of all parties and it leaves our business positioned as an international logistics provider focused on our core activities in freight forwarding and supply chain management, leveraging investments in e-commerce, international franchise retailing and developing new verticals to support our growth.”
Specialist Services has been operating as a division of Allport since 1977 focusing on specialist deliveries and installations.
