CitySprint, the same day distribution network, increased EBITDA by 33.6 per cent to £10.6m last year on sales up 36.1 per cent to £101.1m.
During the year the company completed three acquisitions, including Scarlet Couriers, and also saw the first full year benefit of the Lewis Day acquisition in November 2011.
Chief executive officer Patrick Gallagher said: “We will continue our investment programmes in the business as we focus primarily on organic growth during 2013 and look for further acquisitions which can complement the requirements of our growing customer base.”
