Manufacturer of transport containers, heating pipes and bottle crates, SSI Schaefer is celebrating 75 years of global business.
Founded in Burbach, Germany, in 1937, the company’s focus turned to overseas markets with the opening of its first two foreign companies in Basingstoke, UK, and Neunkirch, Switzerland, in the 1960s.
Managing director, Jaap Vos, said: “SSI Schaefer is now unique in its position to be able to provide most solutions built from its own product portfolio.”
