Development partners of Orion Park, in Dagenham, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers and Roxhill have exchanged and completed contracts for the pre-sell of a 60,000 sq ft cross dock warehouse to Kuehne + Nagel.
The two companies have already begun construction works on the new East London facility, which will provide Kuehne + Nagel with the latest sustainable features, such as PVP technology, and is due to be complete in November 2013.
The park holds outline planning consent for a flexible scheme of warehouses, industrial space and offices, ranging from 15,000 to 262,500 sq ft.
