Liverpool Football Club has chosen Global Freight Solutions, the parcel and carrier manager, to manage distribution for its online store.
GFS has started domestic deliveries of Liverpool’s 2013-14 home kit, and will handle the club’s new away kit, when it goes on sale this month.
Liverpool FC’s retail sales manager, Chris Jennions, said: “The most important part of the kit launch from a distribution perspective is delivering all of our pre-orders on launch day – something which we guarantee globally.
“We need suppliers who can help us be at the top of our game and we’re impressed by what we’ve already seen from GFS.”
