He said: Today in London, we are pleased to celebrate our listing on NYSE Euronext London, which is in addition to our listing on NYSE Euronext Paris. This new listing will serve to diversify our shareholder base, access NYSE Euronexts deep pool of London-based institutional investors, and position Norbert Dentressangle as a leading international transport, logistics and freight forwarding company.
This also reflects the strong contribution of our UK based businesses across our three areas of expertise transport, logistics and freight forwarding to the Groups growth story, as we are getting ready for the next phase of our European and international expansion plan.
The UK represents some 32 per cent of Dentressangles turnover following the acquisitions of Christian Salvesen in 2007 and TDG in 2011. That is second only to France (41 per cent). UK revenue in 2012 was 1,236 million in 2012.
