By wpengineDassault Systèmes has purchased TNT Express’ 14.3 per cent equity interests in Apriso, an American-based provider of manufacturing software solutions, in a cash transaction valuing the company at around $205 million (£136.9 million) on a cash and debt free basis.
Apriso was part of a group of companies allocated to TNT Express during its demerger from TNT NV.
