CitySprint has implemented Paragon’s routing and scheduling software, hoping to make savings in its own operational costs and for its clients.
The software is being used by a team of four specialists for the strategic planning of CitySprint’s delivery services, which the company says covers more than 2,500 routes a day in the UK.
“It has completely revolutionised how we work by allowing us to respond quickly and accurately to customer quotations and, combined with our in-house logistics expertise, design logistics solutions for some very key clients,” said Emma Blackmore, national support manager at CitySprint.
